Just got done watching Prom Night (2008).Quick verdict: Pass! It's unbearable at times because you know what to expect or what's coming next. It's not well acted and it's just completely...predictable! There is really no better way to put it.
If you want to see a prom movie, rent the original Prom Night with Jamie Lee Curtis. At least you can say you watched a cheesy 80s movie instead of just a horrible "horror" flick.
