I've never "deep" fried anything before. I am trying to make homemade buffalo wings.
I was told to deep fry then put them in a container with the buffalo sauce to marinate.
We'll see how it goes.
UPDATE: I don't think they turned out too bad.
The kids, my kids and a couple of neighbor kids, taste tested and said it was very good. The buffalo sauce I used wasn't really spicy but probably more of what I'd call tangy. Next time I'll try a little more of a spicy flavor.
Overall, I thought I did a good job if I may say so myself. 1st time frying and 2nd time making hot wings. Good times.
